How do I go about setting up a custom order/commission?

While our general commissions/custom orders are open, simply go to our general inquiry page and fill out the Google form. Once you have done that, you will be contacted about your request within 7 days if your request has been accepted.

What information do you need for the Custom Request?

You MUST include a valid email or contact method. We will attempt to contact you and if we don't hear back within 48 hours, we will discard your request.

Please be sure to upload example pictures and measurements of the project you have in mind. Swatch colors, links to references, pattern ideas; all of that helps us determine how and if we are able to make the item.

I'd like a custom image engraved. What format does it need to be in?

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to reject any images that do not follow copyright law or that are too violent, or deemed inappropriate. We DO work with NSFW but you MUST prove that you are legally 18 or older in order to have your request accepted.

Format: You must send us a BLACK ONLY image in a .png, .jpeg, .tiff, .pdf, .psd, .ai or .svg (must be in a .zip file). If your image contains and colors or grey scaling, it will be rejected. If you are able to directly send us a vector .svg file, then you can wave the fees below:

Processing Fees: If you are not able to create a vector file (.svg or .ai) of your image, there will be an hourly fee charged to process all images: $28 USD/hr. This is NOT REFUNDABLE. If you have requested the image be processed before work has started, then you will still be charged the fee. If you request any modifications of the image after it has been processed, the same charge will be applied again for any work done to the image.

Can I request something NSFW?

Yes, but you MUST prove that you are legally 18 or older in order to have your request accepted. You will be required to show us proof of an officially government licensed ID that shows your DOB (date of birth).

How will I know if my request has been accepted?

You will be contacted within 7 days of submission. If you have not heard back, feel free to reach out to us. We are happy to explain why we were unable to accept your request.

What if my request wasn't chosen this round?

You will have to re-submit your custom order request when commissions are open again. We do NOT roll over requests from one group to another.

We DO keep our Custom Furry Pins and Custom Metal Badge orders always open, so you can submit your request for them anytime through their dedicated pages.

Can I request a Rush Order or Rush Shipping on a Custom Order/Commission?

Shipping: Yes, if you are US or Canada based.

Order Rush: Yes,


You MUST contact us before ordering if you need to have your item rush made. We might not be available to fulfill rush requests if we are away selling at a show.

Rush Fees: +%50 of the regular price of the item. Cuts the processing time down in half. Double the regular price for 3-day turn over (that's the absolute fastest we can work with no interruptions). For anything faster, like next day turn over, you MUST message us to setup a custom request and to check for availability. This will be EXTREMELY COSTLY!

*PLEASE NOTE: All Rush Upgrades are also subjected to shipping upgrades too. Buyers are responsible for all upgrade fees, including shipping, taxes and VAT fees.

Can I request an item be rushed halfway through building it?

No. Once the terms have been agreed upon, the processing time cannot be shortened. It can be lengthened, but shortening would require timing to be ideal and would incur a LARGE NON-REFUNDABLE SAME DAY PAY up charge fee.

CURRENTLY: Due to the traveling nature of our business, we will not shorten custom order request times. Any bugging/requests to move up the due date will incur a $10USD bugging fee that will be tacked onto the shipping quote sent out at the end. And we charge this by the sentence.

MIRACLE CLAUSE: If we somehow finish your order ahead of schedule on our on accord and if all finances are settled on the order, we can ship out early. We will contact all customers immediately when their order is done.

Do you offer payment plans for larger/pricier items?

Yes, but for Custom Orders/Commissions only. Please see our Payments & Policies section for more information.

Can you do bulk wholesale custom orders/projects?

No. In order to mass-produce, we have to 5S and time study the production process in order to determine if the item is deemed able to be widely sold.

Any wholesale custom order requests for items we don't already carry will be denied.

Can I order an item that is no longer being sold (i.e. Discontinued)?

You may submit a custom order/commission request to have an older item made. Please know that requests may be denied based on hardware and/or material unavailability.

How can I track where I am in the queue?

We use a private Trello. We can share the link to the board upon request.

Can I cancel a Custom Order/Commission after I've placed my order?

No. All custom orders/commissions are non-refundable. You can still request to have the order cancelled if you no longer wish to get the item, but all payments made up until the point of request are forfeit. This is a non-negotiable term set in the rules of the custom orders/commissions.
