• Shipping Info and Policies

    NO RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED!!! (unless required by law)

    DaSueDragon Designs LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please allow for ample time for your package to arrive.

    Once items have shipped, it is then in the hands of the carrier who is delivering the items. If you have not received items, please contact the carrier which was used for shipping. Unfortunately, shipping & delivery of the item is out of our [DaSueDragon Designs LLC] control.

  • Processing Time

    For most items, its 1-2 weeks to make. Larger items are 2-4. The more intricate items we offer may take up to 2 months to make. Custom orders/commissions will have their own custom range that is discussed and communicated.

  • Shipping Schedule

    We normally ship out 3 times a week. Monday, Thursday and Saturday (for rush items only).

  • Return to Sender Items

    If items are sent back to us [DaSueDragon Designs] for insufficient postage or damaged package we will re-package and repair the items and
    reship. If items are sent back due to being undeliverable or no one
    signed for them/picked them up, we will NOT re-ship unless the Buyer covers the shipping fees.

  • Lost Items

    If you have not received your item, please allow a few more days to see if it shows up.
    If it does not, we will do what we can to try and help, but again, this is out of our control and we [DaSueDragon Designs LLC] are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We will not issue refunds and/or exchanges without receiving items or confirmation and proof of lost package.

    PLEASE MESSAGE/CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER!!!!

    Both Buyer and Maker/Seller must be in agreement, after ample communication, that
    the package has been deemed "lost". At this point, if the Buyer requests another item to be sent out, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Buyers would also be responsible for shipping back the original items if they do end up receiving it and paying for the shipping cost to ship back the original items

  • EU Returns & Exchange Policy

    Per, EU Law, we DO follow and accept the returns within 14 days of receiving the item(s). BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL VAT FEES AND RETURN SHIPPING!!! For any item over $25 (not including shipping & VAT fees), there is a 10% restocking fee for any returns and/or exchanges.
    Anything less than $25, there is no restocking fee.

  • USPS First Class Mail Information

    Please allow ample time for your package to arrive it it was shipped via USPS First Class Bubble Mailer, USPS First Class Envelope, or USPS First Class Package. If you have not received your item within 2-3 weeks after it was shipped, please message us and we will see what can be done. Shipping is completely out of our control, but we will do what we can to try and help. Thank you for your patience.

  • Holiday Delays

    We ship USPS Priority Flat Rate from the Chicagoland area ALWAYS (Holiday or not)!

    Each item we create is HAND CRAFTED and MADE-TO-ORDER, thus we do NOT do any rush orders!

    NO RUSH ORDERS ACCEPTED!

    If you are looking for a product that is NOT Large Armor or the Masks, the fastest turnover time to ensure that you'll receive the product before the holiday in question is 2 weeks. If you order 2 weeks or more before
    the mentioned holiday, we will guarantee that we attempt to get our product out in time for the estimated shipping time to arrive before or on the holiday in question.

    WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LATE PACKAGES DUE TO THE SHIPPING COMPANIES BEING DELAYED!!! WE WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE FOR ANY LATENCY IN THE SHIPPING OF THE PACKAGE FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANIES!

    Also, any items ordered closer than 2 weeks out to a
    holiday we CANNOT guarantee it's completion or arrival for the holidays. We will do my best, but again, we cannot guarantee anything.

  • USPS First Class Mail Holiday Issues

    USPS has stated that there is a 2-4 week delay in all First Class Mail & Envelope shipping during the holidays.

    Please allow ample time

  • General Information

    We don't accept returns/cancellations on ANYTHING!!!

    But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

  • What Can & Can't Be Returned/Exchanged

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Also, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders/ commissions
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)Items on sale
    • Items that have been modified without consent from the buyer and maker/seller.

  • Defective Items

    If for some reason the item comes in defective/not working: we will need to be sent proof of the defective item. If there deems enough evidence to prove the item is defective, we may request the item to be returned. If an item is deemed returnable, we may also authorize an exchange based on availability. Some items may not be able to be exchanged due to limited supplies. WE CANNOT AUTHORIZE A RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT VALID PROOF OF DAMAGED ITEM(S)!

  • Modifications

    If any modifications are necessary, our policy is you pay for shipping it to us and we will cover shipping back at lowest shipping rate. No rush shipping or priority shipping will be available. For exchanges, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping (to and from) and the difference in cost of the value of the item(s) being exchanged.

  • Payment

    If you do not pay, you do NOT get the product!! I will wait for one week for a payment and if I have not received anything then I will not ship. My 1-3 days for processing STARTS when you have paid me.

  • Fees

    Buyer is responsible for paying all fees before the Return and/or Exchange can be fulfilled.

    BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, TAX, AND VAT FEES!!!!

    Buyer is also responsible for any additional charges including, but not limited to:

    • Repairs
    • Replacement Items
    • Cleaning
    • Additional Packaging
    • Add-ons
    • Modifications

  • Returning

    Once the return and/or exchange has been authorized, we will create a return shipping label and send it out to the buyer. It is the Buyer's responsibility to re-package and re-send the item(s) back. There is no time limit for this.

    If the item(s) were deemed unable to be exchanged and qualified for a refund, the buyer will receive a refund only once the package has arrived back at the warehouse with confirmation of the delivery. The refund will be the fully agreed upon amount minus ALL shipping, and VAT related fees. Taxes will be refunded based on what charges are allowed to be rescinded.

  • How it Works

    If an order has been deemed able to be exchanged and agreed upon by both the buyer and maker/seller, then the Buyer must follow our shipping policies set forth on our website to return the item(s).

    Once the return has been completed, no refund will be issued, but instead, the Buyer will have a limited time, previously agreed upon by both the buyer and maker/seller, to re-make, repair, clean, modify, and/or fix the order. We will keep the buyer informed on all progress.

    Once the order is ready to be re-shipped, we will send out another invoice for the shipping, taxes, and any other fees. The buyer will have 7 days (per our normal policy) to pay the invoice. Once paid, the item will be shipped within 3-5 business days depending on our current travel schedule. Tracking information will be provided.

  • Attempts

    Per past issues, we will only provide ONE attempt at an exchange if deemed necessary by both sides. Additional attempts are costly and we are a small company and cannot afford the hassle.
